E-Sine were engaged by a CBRE to review the existing electrical infrastructure of an existing occupied building. The project was to review all elements of the system from the utility supply, generators, UPS Systems, switchgear and small power, then provide a report outlining all risk to the business, costs to enhance and a programme for completion should the works progress.
